Welcome to my world ... I'm an agoraphobic caretaker of a mother with Alzheimer's, so my days are pretty full. I’m a writer and voracious reader. I read mostly romance with some mystery thrown in. There’s also the occasional non-fiction and since my bachelor’s is in history you can guess what subject those are in. I will list the authors that I like, books that I’m reading and will feature a “book of the month”. Also, please come and visit my journal. We’re a good group, a little on the giggly side and, if you can get by my manic days, a lot of fun. Oh, and I have a few cats, so look for an occasional story about them. I hope you have fun.

Read of the Week: Truth or Dare by Lori Foster
I had intended this section to be about books that I’ve read – but a couple of dear friends have recently sold books, so I’m going to do a little shameless promotion here.

There are several authors that I like and I’m not always reading one of their books at the moment (mostly because I’ve read what’s out and am waiting for the new book). My number one favorite author is Jill Shalvis, but there are a host of others that I enjoy also. I will splurge-buy on these authors anytime. Please check out their books, I think you’ll like them.
